1. Talent Exposure

Sole intention is to provide hidden talents a platform to showcase & promote the rich culture and heritage of Goa and connect them with an entertainment industry.

2. Career Launch

Many of our contestants of Chapter 1 got their first break into Konkani movies. Next could be you.

3. Goa Art & Culture Department Support

"Talento - Goa's Got Talent" is being organized in association with Goa Art & Culture Department Support. Which means the certificates which you will be getting will beard the Logo of Goa Art & Culture Department.

Terms & Conditions to be followed

Talento - Goa's Got Talent

Age Group

To participate in the contest your are required to be in the age group of 10 - 35 years. If you are under 18 years of age and you are invited to audition, you must be accompanied by your parents or legal guardians at the audition.

Required Materials

If your act requires music, please bring music on a CD/Pen Drive. Label the device with your name & track number clearly. Also carry your own equipments or any other materials which you will require to perform your act.

Decision making

Management decision will be final & abiding in case of disputes related to the selection, voting & other rules.

Events Updates

For events updates, please follow Goa Got Talent Facebook Page as the audition dates and results will be declared online, or on mail/call as per the talent category.

Solo, Duo & Group

Participants can participate in the "Talento - Goa's Got Talent Chapter 2" as a Solo, Duet or a Group Performer.

Responsibility

Litebulb Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by travelling to or from the audition venues, being selected to or disqualified from continuing in the auditioning process.

The Finalists Agrees To......

The finalists agree to abide by all guidelines set down for the show and the shall make themeselves available to "Talento - Goa's Got Talent" for the duration of the show.

Drop Out....

Under no circunstances will a Participants/Team be allowed to drop out from the contest/show after reaching the finals. The dates for the event will be conveyed to the participants well in advance.

If Participant Back Out...?

In the event of a participant failing to fulfill the requisites, the position will be abolished or else the next best participant will be considered to fulfill the gap. Discretion of the same will remain with Litebulb Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. at its best.

Promotional Activity...

The applicants may be required to be available for a minimum of 10 days towards, PR & Promotional activity of the event for a defined period.

Grant All Consents

In the event that you are invited to attend an audition you hereby irrevocably grant all consents necessary for the Producer to film and record such audition and to use recordings featuring your image and/or voice in connection with the Programme and/or ancillary rights in the Programme and to exploit the same in all media throughout the world in perpetuity without the need for payment to you.

Dangerous Stunts

You must notify the Producer, in advance, if you intend to: a) perform physical and/or dangerous stunts, explaining the full nature of the stunt; or b) use any form of equipment required as part of your act. You will be responsible for bringing such equipment (provided it is suitable for the audition location) and are responsible for ensuring that such equipment is safe and/or suitable for its purposes. Pyrotechnics are not permitted.

Religious Act

No Religious act will be allowed which may harm the sentiment of other believes through out the show.

Privacy

All personal details and/or information given in your application either in this form or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading.

Disqualification

The Producer reserves the right to disqualify you if you have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information, have failed to abide by the Rules and/or are in breach of the terms hereof.

Show Confidential Info

You will not without the Producer’s prior written consent disclose, publish or discuss with any third party any information relating to the Programme, your appearance in the Programme, the production team or any participants in the Programme nor any other information which may come to your attention including without limitation in relation to the broadcaster, the Producer or otherwise save where such information is already in the public domain.

Data Protection

The Producer take your privacy very seriously. The information you provide about yourself as part of the application procedure will be used by the Producer to assess whether or not to select you for the Programme.
